It's not quite as physically demanding as what I thought it would be: pulling bungees, throwing straps, rolling tarps.

I am not telling you not to do it. I am 51 and run a meat department and throw 50 to 100lb boxes around. When I pull the trigger and go trucking I would not want to do that. Flat bed yes for the reason you stated.

I would try Epes Transport (3400 Edgefield Ct. Greensboro NC) they used to have local day cab work servicing the tobacco warehouses in Danville. Great company, give Melissa a call in recruiting.
