Were you dropped on your head?

    Your misinformed.
    Take the uniformed HOS.
    14 hours, 11 driving 60/6, 70/7
    7/3 split sleeper birth.

Take the old short haul exception. Not exemption.

    12 hours on duty.
    10 hours off duty
100 mile radius of home terminal your normally report to and from.

Now take the updated exception. Not exemption.

    14 hour on duty.
    10 hour off duty.
150 miles from home terminal you normally report to?

No stipulation on max driving time. Nor max days allowed. Because its a exception to the standard HOS.

I dont care how you log it, time card, paper logs, eld. Its a exception to standard HOS. You must have qualifying records for the first 7 days prior to starting short haul, and or and intermitted use.

You are not subject to a 60,70 limit on short haul exception from HOS. I can't quote a specific ruling that does not exist because its a exception to a ruling.

We have had disagreements and I understand you struggle in reading comprehension or your on the rag.

Now run along, buy your own truck, operating authority, insurance, and go get some of your own checks. Then comeback and tell me how GD smart you are.

Local jobs are usually long hours. Try to find one that offers a 6am start time. I worked local within 150 miles of my terminal and a few times went past my 11 hours driving in a day. But I didn't keep any log so wasn't too worried about it, unless they wanted to pull my time card info.

I'd say just search for a local job that offers a nice, early start time. You'll feel much better if youre done by dinner time everyday.

And yet still no regs disputing the regs I posted. But as all you know how to do is insult instead of actually proving your lies I'm done trying to get the wilfully ignorant to read the regulations.

Well one of us is, and as I've actually posted the regs and can't I leave it up to you to figure out who is. If you can manage to that is.
