@Chinatown you beat me to it with the Robertsons suggestion. I have a couple of friends back home in SoCal working over there who love it. If/when I ever get sick of Crete I’ll probably end up over there too.

 

That Robertson's sounds good. But try to go for the hauling concrete powder in the pneumatic tankers. It's Class A. Don't fool around with Class B. Pneumatic tankers are great work. I enjoy it. Besides..... You can tell the customer: "If you're real nice to me. And you give me a quarter. I'll let you bang on the tanker with a mallet."

Otherwise you also have the LA Harbor. Tons of trucking out of there.
City of Industry not far.
Lots of opportunity.
Just a little west of you is S. Central LA. Industry to the max. That's where the famous Bandini mountain is.
Also lots of traffic..... oh gawdy how I know... Better to run at night.
EDIT: I almost forgot. I always say if you want to stay healthy. Do food service. You get exercise. It pays good. Much of it is run at night. Sysco, etc.
