I've heard bad things about Crosby. Not sure if they are true, just word of mouth. Houff seems like a good company but I was under the impression they only hired drivers with a few years of experience.

Houff is descent company from what drivers have told me but I believe they want at least 1-2 years experience but doesn't hurt to fill out an app then call them and see what they say sometimes companies are willing to compromise on requirements depending on how bad they need drivers.

Mountain Milk runs out of that side of the state as well.
