Location for the night

My pay hasnt doubled, but I make more and only have to work 4 days. Go to the same customer twice a day and that's it. I have to laugh when I see the same ads week after week begging for drivers to spend 4-5 weeks on the road to make $1000-1200 a week

 

My pay has doubled as well.
Don't have to drive at night or weekends if I don't want to. I get to schedule my days off to coincide with my wife's days off. If I want to take a vacation, I do. If I want to drive for 10 days to make up for lost revenue, I do. If I wake up at 4 and want to go to work, I do. If a couple of hours later I want to take a nap, I do. If I get hungry, I eat. If I get tired, I sleep.
I have no one telling me when to go to work or how long I should work. My dress code is my own, and I smoke and fart as often as I like.

Everyone has different needs / wants. So long as you're happy doing what you're doing, who's to say wrong?

Lately I been running 2 weeks, then take 7 days off. You have too change with the freight. Freight is drying up, in some areas.

Its kinda hunt and hope at the moment.
But, Ricky, you and I have done this before and we're still here.
I have high hopes. Plus, I'm still doing pretty good.

I think the issue this winter with freight, was last year customers were racing to beat the new tariffs January 01, so that's one reason it was booming and so i think winter past winter just ending was slower than normal...it does appear to be picking up some now...
