    A few months ago, I read about a location sharing app that we could use to let our family see where we are on the road, but I can't find it now.

    Any suggestions? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note with the latest version of Android.

    This is the one I meant, and have on all our phones. With the GPS on it will tell you within 10 feet where someones phone is. It also has a history feature, for where the phone has been.

    there is an option on Android phones (Samsung Galaxy Phones) that you can control your location reporting.

    google does to. and my gps also has the capability.

    there are tons of apps. getting everyone to use the same app though, is a different story. unless your using something that integrates with facebook.

    pay the carrier an extra fee and they'll supply their own version for you.
