    Werner may be a bit more lenient then swift.many of their new drivers would have done exactly what the OP did with the window and parking on the shoulder in a non emergency situation.Common since is kind of unheard of in today's industry.

    I went to Walmart and had half a dozen keys cut. One stays in the ignition 24/7. One in my pocket, one in my wallet, one in my boot. The prostar I'm in likes to lock the door everytime I get out.

    They're cheap. It was like $10 for all of them.
    Also, I absolutely hate standing around because of a stupid mistake that's easily preventable.

    I hear that.I had keys made for all the trks I drove but the thing is I would still leave them in the trk.So I started leaving the wing window cracked a smidgen.
