One in my wallet. One on my keychain. One in the ignition and another hidden very well on the truck. I'll only say, it takes a scredriver and 3 minutes to get to it. No zip ties for me.
Was nearly locked out a couple weeks ago. With the key in my hand. Went to take shower, ;locked truck, came out and key no worky on either door. F me. Finally wiggled key around and got one door open but took awhile. Think key is worn out.
Grease your locks. WD40 works but is a temp fix. Use lithium grease, or even graphite, for a longer fix.
This reminds me of the time i drove a Volvo truck for the very first time no one told me that the doors will automatically lock when you shut them and i got out of the cab with the truck still running and closed the door and got locked out fortunately it was a day cab and i just popped the back window with a screw driver.
Window comes down half or all the way if I leave any vehicle running. Its a habit. If you've ever owned a Chevy pickup you know exactly what I'm talking aboot.
