Every time this comes around it reminds me of one year I was working a 12 hour night shift in a production plant with a Polish immigrant . We explained he would work and extra hour that shift and why . He asked how many hours he would be paid . We lied and told him 12 . He said "O.K. 2 a.m. you turn the clock back . I go to sleep . Wake me up at 2 a.m. . " -
It is spring forward and fall back. You get an extra hour of sleep in the fall and lose it in the spring!

I use my cell phone for a watch . When I go from Eastern to Central time it will not switch unless it is shut off and restarted . I work out of Central time and it really has messed me up trying to do my logs at the end of a trip .

My hubby goes off the clock in the truck, as his cell phone changes automatically even if it's on.
