Log book violation but wrong company on citation

Maybe the officer is psychic and knows who you will be working for next?

 

Sounds like a 'harmless error' of sorts, so probally no.

That's a citation that'll follow no one.

I once got a parking ticket on exit 35 West Bound I-40, TN. The dumpster fire truck slop on East side was almost locked up except for the cat scale to drive wrong way to get out.
Copper tone twit woke me up about 1530 but put 1730 on it.
I parked next to a NO PARKING sign but there were two other trucks there but not when Barney Fife arrived.

At 1730, I was in Memphis at a coca-cola plant waiting in line for loading.

I explained all that to the court clerk of that county before court date, over phone, of magistrates office and the ticket was eliminated.
No one told me or sent anything to me till I called after a few months.
I didn't ever again park on that ramp or many ramps in TN.

 

The other company may Data Q this one and since your info is on the report your PSP will show it.

If the other company isn't corrected; future employers using the PSP will suspect that you are hiding an employer.

 

So I am still waiting to hear how an improper PC move is disputable.

 

I am too, but I have a feeling I'll die of old age before he admits he did break HOS by improper PC usage.
