If I log SB while being unloaded, will that count toward my 30 minute break I must take within the first 8 hrs on duty? And is that a legal option (to log in SB while being loaded or unloaded)?

I don't know what rule I think is stupider the 30 minute break of the new reset. I know the 30 minute break causes me more of a headache, but the reset is more confusing to drivers.Roadmedic Thanks this.
