Longistics Transportation VP Sucks

Just to clear the skies B4 the STORM!! Longistics is/was a great company to run for until they hired Mal be over Operations. That man is a Real True Male Chauvinist with No Acknowledgement of what type of Lawful Harm he can cause amongst himself and the company he runs. Every time my wife would talk to him, he would speak to her as if she was some type of Animal in a zoo, but when he spoke with me it was totally different. Well I finally got a chance to hear his other side one day while in the office in Olive Branch. He speaks to Dee/Jessica like my wife told me he spoke to her but worse. Now I'm not tolerating no one speaking to my wife like that so we put in our resignation and ended up quitting Before we were suppose to but I couldn't take it no more. Pat/Dewayne seem to be a set of Nice Respectful Christian folk and I would hope that their not aware of this issue and not taking care of it. If so I don't see Longistics Transportation going much further in the trucking business. Ain't to many men Not Real Men gonna tolerate that type of ABUSE from him towards their wife/girlfriend. Sooner than later that VERBAL ABUSE is gonna have him and the company in STATE COURT. Another team mentioned that they called HR (Marian Brewer) to report a similar situation dealing with the same guy (Malcolm) and it seems that he got a pat on the back (Great Job) and more Vacation time lol.

So I said that to say this, if your looking for a company that Allows the staff to Degenerate our women, tell lies about the amount of load lanes available and treat their workers like "Crap" then Longistics is the company to work for.

If they get rid of Mal and Felix than maybe just maybe working for them would be well worth the time Away from HOME!!!
