    That O/O Driver doesn't care about their own life or anyone else's. The first thing I want to check during my inspection is my steer tires. I have honestly in my enitre 25 years of driving saw a steer tire that bad! It's difficult to believe that they wouldn't of gotten it changed already even at 4/32 why push it?

    No reputable recap shop will attempt to recap a tire with major casing damage like that. Once you can see metal the casing is beyond saving.
