My neighbor drives a 2022 W-900 with the 600 HP X-15 and a 18 speed doing heavy haul .
Loves it ,
The company he works for has only W9s
he just got the new one a few months ago . Some loads get 7 mpg
Some get 2.75 mpg
All depends on how bulky and heavy it is and how fast he drives and how many mountains they gotta cross .
looking at purchasing the new X15 565 Cummins.

What kind of shape is your frame in? If it’s not to the point of needing sandblasted you could save a lot of money doing it yourself. Scrape the big chunks off with a putty knife and then clean up what’s left. Some semi-gloss Rustoleum and you’re good to go.
Vampire and Dadetrucking305 Thank this. -
Vampire Thanks this.

Honestly, I’d rather 20-30k on a pre-emissions truck that I believed in and knew what it was.
Then, being comfortable with that realization, I would look long and hard on how much of that money is functional repair/maintenance verses vanity.Elroythekid Thanks this. -
Lol
i drove my trucks that needed paint , lots of years , and lots of miles .
instead of spending the money on paint I used it for a down payment on a house . -
Cab paint is one thing, letting your frame get out of control can lead to a lot of problems.
Vampire, Ruthless, Dadetrucking305 and 3 others Thank this. -
It needs paint, and it REALLY needs frame paint. Injectors, bullgear, new seat.Vampire Thanks this. -
