Looking for a company to give me a chance

HI;
I recently graduated . Have a class A NT . I am having problems with finding a job. Problem is that I have a felony conviction from 29 years ago. Manslaughter. Well this seems to be a major problem for all the companies I can find that hire recent graduates. It does not seem to be a problem if I had 1 year experience.
I drove an end dump for a month untill the place ran out of work for 3 weeks. I quit to go to work for Swift. They screwed me. Promised me a job and then just sent me home.

My question is. Is there any where out there I can go that hires new drivers and would not care about the felony ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
