How can you get a dui when parked??? Would that not be a pui then?

One of our drivers got a DUI a couple of years ago . They had him dispatch year then put him back driving .

You were in a truckstop, parked. What caused the cops to come to your truck in the first place? Did you have any alcohol in the truck or did you just consume some? Keys in ignition and over the limit is same penalty in personal or commercial vehicle in most states. You say you fought this. Did you do it yourself or get a reputable attorney? There is much you have not told us.

Your ability to be hired is in large part dependent on the insurance requirements of the company. There may be a legal period of time during which you cannot be hired, was the CDL portion of your license suspended?
