    i have 16 years o.t.r. driving exp..looking for a co. that pays over .40 cpm and has a.p.u.'s on their trucks.thanks for any advice!

    If you got safe record and steady employment history, then try Wal-Mart.

    Very good company. They offered me a job, but unfortantly had to turn them down.

    Keep looking. I know of Walmart drivers that live 300 miles away from the DC they were hired at. I live in Kingman Az, and the DC in Porterville, Ca offered me s job. 390 miles away.

    After much thought, I didn't wanna make that drive every week. I was offered a 5 on 2 off schedule. Would have been too hard.

    Now if they had offered me a 6 on 3 or 4 off. Then I would have taken the job.

    I don't know if they hire out there, but I just got a job starting at 41 com with newer Volvo's with apu's. I haven't actually started yet, as I go to orientation Dec 6th. Britton Transport.
