Maverick Transportation offers what you want.

Nelton Truck Lines is excellent with good healthcare for driver and family.

If these are what you are looking for then Western Express is not even last in the list like VOLUNTEER TRANSPORTATION, BIG G EXPRESS, AD TRANSPORT, WATSONTOWN TRUCKING, ESTES, OLD DOMINION, ND SWIFT LOL.

Let folks know in what area of the country you're located. It'll help with answers. If you're in the southeast, McElroy starts drivers right out if CDL school at 43cpm now. More experienced drivers, I would think start out higher. They get drivers home every weekend.
I've read lots of good reports on Melton. Not sure hometime, but folks speak highly of the company, pay, etc. Also, there are several guys here driving for Maverick & seem to be very happy with them. But again, if folks know where you are, they can better direct you.

Hi and welcome to TTR jd. I merged your threads so they aren't all over the forums. We try to keep things somewhat organized. You'll get plenty of responses here. Ask away! :)

Geez I don't recall seeing scores that bad across the board with any company I've looked at.....but then again I never considered this one so didn't look into it at all.

that explains a lot about the things I see them do out here lol
