@Chinatown I appreciate all of your help and when i thought I had settled on my list the school I'm attending brought up another carrier name they are associated with.

A year or so ago I was looking at them. Seems they're all over the Eastern USA and Canada. One driver in TN went with the company right out of cdl school pulling flatbed out of GA. Think it was something to do with flooring. He quit posting on here for some reason.

Schneider Bulk is 3 weeks out 6 days off. But the average weekly miles are lousy

Lousy short term? Due to slow freight?

I really can't say if freight is slow, that's usually the general go to when I raise hell about my sub standard miles.

I can tell you that a bunch of local Jersey drivers quit awhile back and they're taking their OTR guys and sticking them in the NE and leaving them there.

Outside of that, the training is top notch the pay isn't bad .46 loaded and unloaded. And the people you work for are great. Just...miles man
