Looking for a dedicated freight broker agent for newly formed truck company with its own authority

    2 months ago we received our authority and we have set up with a factoring company, been working for a dispatcher company but very unhappy with it. This company is keeping my driver parked for 2-4 days at a time so we are loosing money, takes a while to respond back. I have a driver with plenty over the road experience, its not afraid to stay out, reliable, do everything by the book and very responsible. What companies do you recommend?

    Probably best if you take a more hands on approach. Or hire a dispatcher as an employee who comes in to the office every day.
