    I have about 6 months OTR and looking for more Home time mainly on the weekends, I live near greensboro, nc I'm consisering Mabe's, Epes and Averitt any info on them would be greatly appreciated home time/pay and overall treatment of the drivers

    I checked on Epes myself, they seemed like a good company. They just wouldn't hire out of my school at the time. I also looked into Averitt also seemed good also the possibility of maybe going local with them I liked. But Epes being at your back door is awsome.

    Stay far far far away from these guys. I hear nothing but bad things about them. I live 30 minutes from their headquarters and have known a lot of guys that tried working for them. they will run you ragged for very little pay. I ran local for US Xpress out of Hagerstown, MD and a buddy of mine ran local for bowman. I made twice what he made. I worked 50 hours and he and he was working 70.
