    Hi everyone,
    I am an OTR company driver and want to move into hot shot driving. Was wondering if an experienced hot shot driver wouldnt mind if i picked their brain about... lots of things?

    For example, do you lease on with someone or do you find your own loads?
    do you use a broker? what fee do they charge?
    what about factoring?
    What are some strategies to stay super productive?
    Do you operate under your own authority?
    what about insurance?

    Thanks for any help any of you can provide
