What exactly do you mean by business plan? There are quite a few threads in here where guys describe their o/o adventures

Sorry I don't do business plans.

I find that I operate better with policies than a plan.

Most of the people I've helped do the policy thing.

A policy is a rule that says if this happens, than you do that and not that other thing.

There are quite a few people here who will help with a plan.

I didn’t have a formal buissness plan. I had a projected budget and that was good enough for my bank. I give them a annual P&L and projection for the next year. I didn’t borrow to much but they will loan me almost anything I’d ask for.

 

Remember the old saying that no plan survives first Contact? It's the same out here with this. Under estimating income, overestimating expenditures, and remaining flexible is mandatory.
Remember we are the epitome of customer service. If we don't deliver on time for the agreed-upon rate in a satisfactory fashion someone else will.
