10 months experience, a preventable and an improper lane change violation. Neither were my fault(for one I wasn't even moving let alone changing lanes) but they are on my record with Swift. The preventable isn't on my record with DOT at all.

All endorsements, Twic and passport. Looking for something more likely to get me home more often, either daily or weekly in/around the Dallas area, for personal reasons. I have a truck to bring with me but I'm just as happy selling the #### thing at this point. Don't mind running all 48, so long as I get back home at the end of it.

Also don't care if it is van, reefer, flatbed or tanker. Wouldn't turn my nose up at oilfield work or hauling sand, rocks, pipe, water, oil or whatever.

If I'm spending more than 14 on the truck, there needs to be at a minimum an inverter.

Oilfield gave me a CDL and tanker experience (not to mention some quick### offroad skills)...

I did reefers most of my career. Didn't mind sitting if the detention pay was decent. Guaranteed minimum pay can make up for low detention pay though.
I learned a long time ago, no company is perfect, it's just having the self-discipline to deal with issues we don't particularly care for.

Can you reccommend some good reefer outfits that are decent or good on paying detention pay for sitting?

The last reefer outfit I worked for was YRC Logistics. We got stop pay which covered the first two hours, then, if I remember correctly, $12.00 hr. after that. It was a reefer division of YRC Worldwide.
Check some other companies such as Calex Logistics, Freymiller, Magnum Ltd.
