Looking for a new OTR company job that pays at least $1500-$2000 a week

So I'm in need of a job that pays decent, I have 2 years experience and my current company is kinda struggling on giving me any decent pay, I'm out of Central

I need a company that absolutely DOES NOT have driver facing cams no strict safety team or babysitting, preferably 70mph or higher governed, IS NOT dedicated, regional, local, teams, flatbed, daycabs and NO MANUALS, pays 70cpm+ or $1500 weekly minimum garuntee

Don't want a company that runs you like a dog or does razor thin load times to work with, and preferably allows weapons in the truck and doesn't have company uniforms

Must allow personal/video recording (I do youtube and make money off YouTube tiktok etc. and referrals)

Home time isn't critical I'm out for 1.5 to 2.5 months at a time but when I need it to go to an event or have to go home then I need it

Only company I've found that remotely fits the bill is highway transport but they don't allow weapons because of customers. I'm still tempted to go there

I wanna make this company switch by December/January because I'm just simply not making the money I need right now

Any companies that fit the bill would be appreciated
