looking for a partner for my new end dump hauling business.

hello, everyone. i'm a new entrepreneur and i'm in the process of starting my very own end dump hauling business. i plan on buying a truck and a end dump trailer and hiring a driver. i live in mobile alabama. i already have lots of work i just need to find the rite driver.

1) here's my plan. i'm looking for someone that has class a cdl's someone that willing to do all the driving. i'm willing to start that person # $500 a week for 6 months after 6 months if the person is doing good with the truck i'm willing to give them $1000 a week.

2) i plan to lease on with a company and the company has offerd $2500 - $5000 a week if the driver is willing to go northeast at times.

3) i'm willing to pay a driver 35% of what the truck does for that week.
