Hi All!
My hub-unit is looking for a partner. He's with Werner out of Fontana (I know I know) and keeps getting stuck with newbies. It takes quite a bit to shock me, but some of the behavior and habits he told me about were, well, shocking! LOL! Where and how do you find a good partner? He's a very young 51 (in looks not brains), very patient, strong physically and mentally, clean record, and wants a hard working partner. He has nearly 2 years of experience. My Viking was a general contractor, but with no work in southern California he decided on a new career in trucking. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

With 2 years exp and wanting to team, i'd recommend changing companies..... Produce is becoming team oriented (electronic logs are EVIL) and So Cal is a good spot. The company i work for would run the heck outta a team from there.

Produce has always been team oriented, only now they actually have to put TWO drivers in the truck!
flightwatch, DragonTamerBrat, MJ1657 and 8 others Thank this. -
I hate produce except for when I eat homegrown! Didn'r like hauling a reefer that's for sure.
