Hello everyone - I am trying to find a driver who's dog was found in Leesburg, Alabama. The dog had a tag from the Hillside SPCA in Pottsville, PA. The shelter said the dog's name is Coco and she belonged to a truck driver named Phillip Sheldon. The number they had on filed was disconnected. I have search on Facebook and Googled the name but I am not finding any leads. Will you help me find him? Thank you!

Good news. We found Coco's family. Phillip Sheldon was the previous owner - they had not updated the microchip info. Thanks for your help!
