Can anybody help me with this? I'm looking for a inexpensive photocopier for my truck. One that just plugs in to my outlet, doesn't require a computer and just copies bills for my records. Smaller, the better. Load paper in and hit start. Nothing fancy. Do they make such a thing? Thanks for your help.

You can get an app for your phone that takes a photo and saves as a pdf then print at home or save as an electronic file. Quick PDF and Tiny Scanner are the ones I remember off the top of my head.

OK. Thank u. I'm thinking that would work, however, I'm in need of on the spot copies. For things like dropping loaded trailers and leaving paperwork in the bill box. I always need a copy for my end. The "stop at a truck stop driver" thing isn't always plausible. I just posted, someone will help I'm sure. I do thank you. Stay safe.

I use a house copy machine. Plug into my 400 watt inverter.

You can find copiers at Walmart or any office supply store for less than $100. In fact you can find all in one printers that will scan, copy or print for less than $100. I bought my last one for around $67.00. You will need an inverter to convert from DC to AC. You can get a 400 watt Cobra at most truck stops that will plug into your cigarette lighter outlet.

Almost any low to moderate cost multi function printer will do this. The added benefit is the option to print items as well.
Some of the newest models have full wireless capability, so no computer is needed. You may have to download an app for it, usually free.

I have an Epson, print, scan, copy in color and wireless.
Cost was under $50.00 for unit, plus an extra set of ink cartridges.

Ok. Have the inverter. 2000 watt. Does it require a computer? Or just plan paper one side, copy comes out the other. Black and white suits me just fine

I see my phone can do the wireless printer thing too. Where do I get this? What exactly do I ask for? Thank you.
