    c15 cat CHANGED DRIVERS SIDE BATTERIES NOW TRUCK CRANKS WON'T START. POWER TO EVERYTHING EXCEPT ECC.

    You hooked everything back up exactly how it was with the old batteries? Check and see if ECM fuse from the batteries isn't blown. Should usually be inline with the smaller wires that are hooked to the batteries.
