    Hello,
I'm recently back in Australia after 16 years in Japan.
Daughter missed her friends, so she and her mum have gone back. @#$%^$#%!!!!!
Anyway, I got an Unrestricted HR license last week, but I'm a greenhorn.
I have no particular commitments and can get myself to wherever there might be work going.
If possible, I'd like to avoid local/suburban.
Any ideas where I could point myself?
    Cheers,
    Mike

I recently moved from Canada to QLD and have noticed quite a bit of HR work for cement mixers and water tankers in my area

A belated thanks for your post.
Since my original message I have had numerous driving jobs. Started with buses, then semi-trailers (tractor-trailers), long distance coaches, airport transfers, semi-watercarts, A-Double side-tippers, B-Doubles, Road Trains, Tankers and Dangerous Goods (Cyanide, Chlorine, Ammonium Nitrate etc.).
The last gig - with dangerous goods - was pretty taxing but paid quite well. I'm having a break from that right now and considering taking a different career direction.
