Possibly. May or may not be a troll. May be someone stumbling around in the dark trying to do what they have been paid to do.
You really have no idea of what ANYONE wants on a forum like this. It ain't gonna happen from just the info that has been posted here. There just isn't enough to even begin to go on. So why get all upset about it?
So you know SHE (according to the OP) has not already tried the "leg work" routine? How do you know his/her arse is fat?
Hmm, is this from your own personal experience?
Well now, that is really big of you. Considering that you really don't have any idea at all as to what is going on here.

Truckers don't trust lawyers, cops or investigators. Seen too many good people get run over by people who just want to make a quick buck and sue because there is a company name on the side of the truck.

I'm trying to piece this together. If there was debris in the road and that caused a wreck you would *think* the trucker would have seen what happened. If the wreck had already happened and been investigated before the trucker got there the debris would have already been cleared from the road..right? Seems a little weird.... a truck has a flat and pulls off in an exact spot where debris *just happens* to be in the road.. the debris then causes a wreck with a fatality. Somehow despite his immediate proximity to all the activity the cops didn't question the driver about anything he may have witnessed? No statement of any kind? Strange to say the least......... Or did the trucker with the flat parked on the shoulder inadvertantly cause someone to wreck? Some pieces of the puzzle don't fit with the information that's given. I would just about bet a months wages someone's looking to implicate the driver in all this.....no matter the claims to the contrary. I mean if he did not see a crash that he evidently was with-in spitting distance of,:smt017 how could he possibly witnessed anything else? Just thinking out loud here.

Valley Protein would have been my guess too, but if you have eliminated them, most all of their tractors are blue I think. Would it be worth talking to their drivers to see if they ever remember seing trucks that had a similar looking logo to theirs? They might be more sensitive and observant about that.

Other than the fact that the truck is red, its a Pete, it has chrome steps and a painted air cleaner there isn't much that you can tell about this truck.

You cannot tell what engine it has, cannot tell what size the engine is, what transmission is in the truck, if its a day cab or sleeper truck, what type of trailer or any thing else.

Who ever told you that they could tell you all these things was blowing a lot of sunshine. Why they would do that????????????
Its not very nice of them.

i dont get it, when someone "new"--newbies-- come to this site looking for information everyone is quick at giving the information they are asking for.... when people are asking about trucking companies in a certian area everyone is quick to offer the names of companies in said area.
why is it that when someone is on here looking for help everyone wants to help them out finding a job? but this person is here lookiing for a witness that may a key factor somewhere...
for everyone that has posted a "joke" about this PI's information, questions, facts, why laugh and joke about it? u can say that u would never ever hire a PI to do your work, but when ur mom/dad/sister/brother/son/daughter/grandaughter/grandson's life gets taken and you need some help, and no other places to go/turn u may just consider getting a PI for your self...
this PI was givin information by other truck drivers and by the PB dealership... honestly, engine size is completely unrelated to the whole thing...
most people know nothing about trucks other then they are easy to sue, big slow n always in the way.... clearly someone along the way had told this PI or the person this PI is working for that truck had a sleeper on it... just maybe this PI is unfamiluar with big trucks and sleepers, if im not mistaking, didnt trailers used to have a small " sleeper " /bed under it in the olden days?
why can people just suggest areas to start off in, name rock/stone companies, suggest areas that construction companies may take their dirt gravle stone and so on to get rid of them...
perhaps the truck driver was standing at the back of the trl with the repair guy when the accident took place, and just maybe a cop did ask him if he saw anything, and he said no, i was standing at the back of my trl... maybe this PI is actually just as she says she is, A PI just trying to do ger job...
someone suggested that she get off her fat ###, have you ever seen a PI do some work? sometimes their job is to do just that, sit on their fat ###, and video things,( dash cams, still cams etc) watch people come and go, whatever the case may be, this PI came to us for help, just as any other newb would.... people come here because this is {Largest CDL Truck Driver Message Board } and this PI has decided to come here and ask for help.... and all you folks can do is make fun... seriously, if you just want to make fun of this person, and continue to make us, as industry, look even worse, and continue to have us stand true to our negative image, then go ahead, but if you dont want to help this PI out, then take your jokes down to the " Jokes " sections and leave this alone.... you should all get off of your "fat ##### " act your age, and have SOME respect for the person who was killed, wrongfully or not...

now, for the PI... this im sure may have made some local news, may want to check with the media in the area, news channels, news papers, it was a traffic accident, and im sure pictures were taken of the whole scene, truck included, ask around...
go anywhere in the area that may be sending or recieving gravel trucks, and sit on ur " fat ### " and watch the trucks that are coming and going for a few days... if you see a truck that MIGHT look like what ur looking for, go question the driver, then move on...

to the PI, dont be turned off of this site by the lack of respect from some members here, keep doing ur job, and dont let anyone here bother you.. your DOING YOUR JOB, if you dont like ones response here, simply ignore them, and just keep on doing what your getting paid to do.
