Thinking of getting started as an independent broker, I have experience in the industry and I feel like I can do the same thing calling from home that I do coming into someone else's office. I also have a few friends that are also in the industry and we have been discussing starting something up.
Curious as to what it was like for you starting out? Was the start up cost very high? Would you recommend it?
