Renting a truck from Prime does NOT make you your own boss. He will be nothing more than a company driver (with NO benefits) that pays ALL the bills associated with running the truck. Prime will be telling him where to go and what to do, thus pulling all the strings>that hardly makes him his own boss.

Tell him to drive a Prime truck and take home a weekly check.
