I went to multiple stores they demanded I help unload freight and I told them per my company I wasn't supposed to, I wasnt gonna unload anything especially when I wasn't getting paid to, every one of the stores asked and I said hell no

And my company had expected me to complete the 500 miles in a day, had no way to and they kept calling me wondering why each stop took so long getting unloaded, got to the 3rd stop, the reefer died and I had to call breakdown, nobody got back to me, not Walmart(was walmarts trailer), not my company and I did a full 10 not including the 4 hours I sat on the side of the road waiting on someone to get back to me by the morning when my 10h break finished (on an on ramp at that because there was nowhere to park) everything in the trailer was obviously ruined because it was off then my company tried saying it was my fault and im like nah here's the 10 different emails and phone calls I made to every which idiot at Walmart and with our company and no reply or callback, I did everything I could, i dont do reefer unit repairs

This was Clarksville Arkansas DC 6082 which i later had to deal with at WEL also, garbage DC

Drakebush and HMD pay the most and from what ive been told by a current driver is HMD runs almost no northeast despite the recruiter claiming id be running mostly exclusively northeast

However Big G looks like you almost cant get fired from what ive been told nomatter how little you do

Drakebush looks like the go to due to being all 48 states, still probably gonna smack myself in the head with a frying pan nightly stressed out doing refrigerated yet again though

Big G looks like theyre ok to hire unless something changes because they've said everything is ok from my prior employment and everything I provided and have even said they'd be fine with me only temp working there

I did Walmart as power only made 900 a day or more. 900 was minimum. This was before covid. Drove about 350 to 400 miles a day. I would bump a dock and most of the time grab an empty out of a different dock. Trailers were excellent. Got excellent fuel millieage pulling them. In 5 weeks never once touched any product.

DCs were clean. Free coffee, hot chocolate. Most had free popcorn. Couldn't shower there. Some mornings just watch TV for an hour and half while they sorted out dispatch. That time counted in my daily minimum. I didn't have to extend my 14. I thought Walmart was great.

I'd ask for everyone to notice the difference between any of our personal experiences you've had with the various carriers that have been offered to The Glittered Princess and the Glittered Princess's descriptions of those jobs. For example, the Glittered Princess is rejecting a top-tier Walmart job because of how individual Walmart stores and DCs treat random OTR drivers for contracted companies at individual stores and DCs, not the WM carrier drivers on a WM schedule at WM facilities. This is like the difference between how cops treat other cops at the same police department and how cops treat a random speeder during a traffic stop.

I think it is strong evidence the Glittered Princess is trolling.

Well it isn't so much about cpm. Most companies will pay you what's in the market range. It's about the combination of the miles they offer and whether you're efficient enough to turn them. At the end of the day, trucking is contingent on what you put into it.

2 tickets, 0 work ethic, unwillingness to run certain lanes, complains about everything, thinks they know everything, unwilling to take advice/help, constantly late on loads, needs hand held every step of the way....

And you are wondering why no one will hire you ? Even Stevie wonder could see why and that mother ####er is blind!

Id hardly call Walmart top tier, theres certainly drivers who prefer it but theres other carriers you can earn that kinda money with and with my experience hauling a Walmart account it wasn't worth it, I didnt like hauling Walmart freight and hated the account even worse

Lot of better options for me to work than Walmart that id be much happier with than id ever be under them, only place i can say I hate worse than Walmart is Tyson

Constantly late? Not of my own fault and i hadnt been late anywhere prior to WEL having their completely worthless planners, let's watch you get arrive at a customer then need to be unloaded and drive 100-200 miles in an hour or less since you think that scheduling is possible there super trucker, absolutely insane expectation, last I checked most of these trucks are limited to 65-70mph give or take so id truly love to know how youre making that and getting your truck to triple digit speeds going up and down I95 since it's possible I guess?

Driving a truck isn't hard, or even in the realm of challenging

"Unwillingness to run certain lanes" yeah I wont drive the northeast because its a fact i cant and won't ever make profit running the northeast, it hurts the company and me, or even if it isnt hurting the company its still dcrewing me out of my money and i have no intrest in doing favors unless im getting paid for it. Not hard to understand im in the truck to make money, not be friends with my dispatcher and managers, not be friends with other drivers at the company. Im there to make money plain and simple and the moment my expectations aren't met on money, I have a serious ####ing problem because im there for money, if I was doing it for just fun I guess id be happy working at western express and just tell them to cover my food and thats it right?

Im there to make money, and progress towards life goals and the moment im not getting my expected miles or something is wrong with my paycheck you better believe im not rolling anywhere until the issue is resolved, im not a multimillionaire doing charity and running for free with these companies, i #### sure got a better work ethic and attitude then the ####ty outlook you have towards me thats for sure when youre sitting here blowing smoke trying to convince me im a ####ty driver because im expecting to be paid for my work and trying to earn money on what I know I will

You gotta be trolling because youre just spewing doom and gloom like i should be working for western express because I obviously have everything in the book wrong, tickets are statistically bound to happen, we drive for a living and odds are high otherwise every company would just refuse to hire with any tickets, I work my ### off when im in the truck, you mistake work ethic for me refusing to work for free, and im sorry to say youre outright wrong
