If the only advice you want is positive advice then I doubt you will get any responses.
You have a suspension and a DUI. Plus you mention that ALL others have or will recently clear. You can answer all of your questions yourself if you will simply look up all the companies online and read driver requirements. The bottom line is that you are likely not insurable. Thats about as much positive advice I can give.

By everything else I meant... little things like another 30 day suspension and a seat belt ticket for my son... thats really about all... no dui's or anything major...

2 suspensions and a "failure to appear" might seem minor offenses to you, but I doubt any of the large carriers would see it that way.

Your best bet is to try and find a small local company, that you can explain your circumstances to (in person).

Large carriers aren't worth the powder to blow them to h*ll, anyway.

Don't forget that now-a-days a DWI has all kinds of different names: DWI, DUI, OVI, OMVI, etc. :biggrin_25511:
    Also,
    geeanne-
I'd get a offical DMV.. BMV.. whatever.. driving record abstract and see whats actually on your record then only let prospective employers in on what the state knows. If after that your driving record still looks grim, you'll have to do like 5mouths2feed suggested and call and search online every companies your interested in and review their hiring requirments. With that be prepared to explain all your mistakes to a recruiter because you can bet your bankroll that their going to know just what the hell you we're thinking and doing in order get in trouble in the first place. Good luck!
