tbh idk how they deal with it, ive driven cascadias volvos peterbilts kenworths and nothing beats the inside and outside of a hood. Ill get one some day, hoping phat daddy calls me back they’re running my mvr sure i can sacrifice room whether its a flat top or not i slept in a cramped mid roof for over a year. Plus i dont bring much stuff with me other than clothes a tv and a game system for resets. I have rice on the truck and a rice cooker.

Hmmmm......the Volvo I'm in seems like it has just a standard plain Jane bedding area to me. It didn't seem drastically different than any of the other brands of trucks that I've been in. The one knock on Volvos for me is that it isn't a great deal of space inside, at least in the 760 model. Maybe the 860 has more space. I like the way they ride, and the durability of Volvos the most.

Does yours have the dinette that folds down into a bed? I had a 2016 760 and it had one.
Those seat cushions weren’t too comfortable at all. I tried sleeping up top but that got old really quick especially in the summer time.

The only..many problems with the 389 sleeper is that the fridge is way too small, nowhere really to mount a tv without it looking funky and the microwave spot is not enough room.

For me though, the sleeper is for sleeping and that’s it so a big comfortable bed is what’s important to me.

Seriously though, my 2014 o/o spec T-680 had it all, comfortable to drive and setup nicely in the sleeper.

Oh no, mine doesn't have the dinette setup like that, and I have a 2025 model. It ain't spec'd that fancy lol. The dinette looks cool as hell, but I don't need the sleeper that fancy. I've got a fridge in here, which I have more room when I take out the top shelf. The TV mount is cool, but my head would have to rest on the driver side, and I constantly switch sides lol.

We have a lot of farmers up here in NoDak that run W9’s and Pete’s. You could probably catch on with one of them. A couple of the “colonies” I deliver to by Fullerton and Edgeley, NoDak run them. Except you have to live there and marry one of them gals to catch on with them. Lol

I like hoods more than aero trucks but I've always liked the shorter hoods over the extended hoods. It just looks more proportional to me.
