These companies don't allow the drivers to run outlaw, they require it from them. It's like mandatory. They don't care about regulations, safety, anything.

One more reason HOS needs to be connected to FMCSA server all the time.

This is on the driver, not the company.

No, it's not, I know them. And I've worked for some of them.

I've worked for them too. They tried it with me. I refused many a times. Didn't get fired either. So yeah, they can't force you to run outlaw if you don't want to. Them trying to make a driver break a law, is a microcosm of their terrible load planning.

    Siinman and Blackeagle23 Thank this.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but it is always on the driver, they are the one who is responsible for their own actions, they are the one who is held accountable.

When ever I get someone asking if the trucks go 75, I put their app in the circular file, this isn't about speed, it is about getting the job done safely.

Siinman, bryan21384 and Blackeagle23 Thank this.

I don't want to run outlaw. I just want to make some money. It's impossible via legit channels. Truck fuel, truck rent, insurance, tolls, % for company all adds up to about 5-6k a week with these people. 5 days worth of work is just to cover expenses. The last 2 days are profit. That's why we work so #### hard. We either work hard and make money, or don't work hard at all and be negative. We're not "company drivers.

They get away with this because we create llcs before joining with business bank accounts that way were responsible for anything bad that happens. It's all to lessen liability on their side.

I'd love nothing more than to run with walmart. They've never given me a call back, to which I continue looking elsewhere.

    If you paid 2k a week for 4k m
iles I wouldn't care what speed the trucks at.
At the present moment I've been in the truck for 9 weeks. 7 paychecks.
    2 positive paystubs.
    344$
    1134$

The rest have been negative because of charges they came up with. Both my friends that were originally here have left because of bull charges as well. I've stayed because my next two paychecks will be larger due to grossing 9k/9.6k from 5k miles both coming weeks.

You could work for #### near any company and make more money as a company driver. You are a major problem for this industry. Run cheap and HOS cheating every week to make a couple bucks. Why do you do it this way?
