I’ve booked loads with DSV, maybe 10-15 and I have no complaints.

Hey, how’s freight moving over there? I’ve been O/O for two years and it was either AM or the company I’m with now. The deal breaker was AM wanted me to come with my own trailer(didn’t have one at the time) or rent for $300 a week. I went with the company in with now and paid $200 a week. Fortunately just like everywhere else it’s gone downhill . I was ready to jump ship last year but didn’t . The company with now assigned a dispatcher so I never got to book my own loads , and 80% of my load booked are off load board. There’s no agents, the direct customers they have rates suck, outward cameras, and starting to micro manage .What I’m getting at is…are you guys still moving over there or it’s the same everywhere? I have my own stepdeck 48ft trailer and based out the Baltimore md area.

I talked to AM and a few other companies and what I got is:
    A) their commissions are I can't tolerate (usually 15%+)
    B) off board rates are questionable. Which is understandable, tbh. There is the market. The greed waives any agreements unless you're not a big fish, I guess.
    C) They send you everything what you owe but to learn their commissions and some other important basic questions required enormous amount of efforts. Due to super foggy and watery replies.
So I decided to stick to my small dispatching company and loads from board mainly. Still average around $2,5 per mile give or take.

Hello CactusJay! Being that you have a Stepdeck do you haul aircraft engines and parts for GE,Rolls Royce and Pratt and Whitney? Move any freight for Lockheed Martin Raytheon or Boeing as well? Legal and oversized loads...

What’s an average gross per week at AM?

Blair is a good company. With my own trailer I'm getting 78% and choose my own loads.

    cke Thanks this.
