My husband has been with Denney since 2009. They just increased their pay up to .52cpm, and you always go out on a run and then come back to Denver. But I'm pretty sure you need 2yrs experience before they will hire you. Have you checked out ATS? I'm pretty sure they have a van/padwrap division and they also have a lease purchase program. I think they only require 6 months exp

    MileMaker719 Thanks this.

Navajo is in your neck of the woods. Your experience level would be a good match with just six months in. 12-18 months there and you are good to go anywhere. I would discourage you from leasing this early in the game. You need solid paychecks to take care of your family. Stay company driver and make a paycheck while you learn the industry. Shippers receivers don't care that you have a lease payment to make every week. Good luck MM! Pulling 4 u man!

I am an owner operator here, I just switched after being with my last company over 10 years... but I see that they are hiring company drivers with no experience... but they need to drive with a trainer for 8 weeks. While in trianing they pay you $500 per week. and the trainer gets 70 cents per mile on ALL miles that truck makes. Pretty cool deal if you ask me. Later if you choose to stay team with trainer, both guys get 70 cpm. Honestly, I have never seen any driver get 70 cpm 2 months after getting their cdl. And was wondering how that pays off for them, apparently, all their drivers are very appreciative of the high pay, so they are really trying to keep their job and they work really hard, and take care of the equipment, which is brand new anyways. They also hire drivers with experience as solos, pay is anywhere form 50-65 cpm based on the driving record and experience. Good luck guys!

Freymiller is a great company and I've also heard great reviews on Schuster out of Le Mars Iowa.
