    I need to know from you guys experience what would be a great company to start out working for fresh out of school and also great pay but going regional only for starters ... I'm looking into mcelroy but just want to see of there is anything else better to offer out there for me

    Where are you located? If you are in the souteast or certain other hiring areas I think Cargo Transporters or EPES would be one the best decisions to make. Both are home weekly.
