    Just looking for some info on DR Smith trucking out of Akron,IN. I know they are on a % pay. Just wondering how well their drivers are doing on that pay scale on a weekly basis.

    My brother drives for them. He likes them. He never mentioned % pay though. Best thing to do is find one of the drivers and chat with them. He is home weekly. He said the elogs took him awhile to get used to. he's been there for about 10 yrs. I think.
