I wonder if no one in the forum has ever worked for or known anything about RRTS??? The company info says they have 750 power units and all are O/O. They say that their turnover rate is 1/3 the national average so maybe that's why there's little info on them.

90% of what I haul is their crap and pay is good. I'm in billings now and that lId me $2.20/ mile. Then again we broker through them. Only draw back is takes forever to load on their end sometimes the trailer sits in the dock for 2
Days and it's hard to get any pay out of them for sitting. The money is there with them, ca rate is not good but then again who wants to go to that shiza hole anyway? I don't think you will be dissapointed in the money and ever since they dropped the Dawes name there is no more little bull #### stores to worry bout. It's mainly their agents terminals and I've yet to have more than 3 drops and usually all in the same city or along your final drop.

I've worked for them for 5 months in 2008. Worst decision I ever made. I was to run Chicago to Seattle/Portland/NoCal and back. Not so. They wouldnt load me back.Had to do backhauls they would find.Paid nothing. When I quit the driver relation person told it's UNFORTUNATE!!! that recruiters mislead drivers. And as parting gift they send me for a drug test after I told them I'm quiting.

I'm on my 1st load now after 3 weeks of jumping through hoops to qualify. Took an $825 load out of FL to Dallas to get into the system... we'll see what happens next. Speaking to long time contractors who say the money is in the back haul... WTF??? Also seems that all the good or decent routes are always taken but that's the same when you start anywhere I suppose. Time will tell.

Hey are you still with RRTS? I was wondering how you liked their company?

Yeah we googled them but can't find anything about them - nothing good or bad. I have tried to find them on this forum but not much comes up. I have spoken with the recruiter and it seems unreal. good pay lots of miles lots of customers no headaches they have brokers in house and can load us for the backhauls from NC to CA to NC. But I know better, just looking for a dose of reality...:biggrin_25526:
