They started out being a really caring company but in the last few years they have added some real jerks like Ronnie Betts from Crete carries and a whole bunch from Celedon has come to work there as well, Doug Williams the Owner is one of the finest people you will ever meet, but the Company has grown out of his control, you have dispatcher's who will lie their butts off like Rick and Scott and there are a good Dispatchers like janet who really looks out for her drivers, the saftey director got the job because she is a little on the crooked side as well, They have four different pay rates if you run local in Indianapolis the best you can do is 14.00 hour but you can start at 15.00 a hour in lafayette just not right to the drivers in Indy who have been there a long time but they do everything to keep that quite. so take this information and make your own mind up. but keep your guard up !
