Looking for Local jobs in Houston TX area

Any luck? I'm also in Houston, looking for my first job after receiving my CDL. Got N, T endorsements and my hazmat currently being processed. Waiting on my passport so i can get my TWIC as well. I'm not getting any calls or emails or texts back. Even the megas stopped reaching out after i got my CDL. They were blowing up my phone while i was still in school, but now they're ghost? Bad timing? I've been applying for the past 3 weeks. 1 rejection saying they're not taking new trainees out of Houston at this time. Only team OTR available with the megas. I really don't want to live and work with a stranger.

I was hoping for local or dedicated route/regional, but i just can't find anything in general.
