Looking for OO for Dedicated Routes for Reefer Freight

We are a small, but rapidly growing trucking company looking for owner operators ( currently 2 positions available) for a dedicated route from Northern NJ area to Miami area , FL and back for refrigerated goods ( 2-3 stops). Also 1 position available for dedicated route from Northern NJ area to Chicago, IL and back for refrigerated goods. We can guarantee stable long term work along this route.

We offer:

- weekly settlement
- 100% fuel advance and 100% of fuel surcharge goes to you
- guaranteed minimum mileage of 2,500 a week. If you and your truck are ready to work - you get paid!
- $1.65- $ 1.75 (incl fuel surcharge) for all miles driven or 75%-80% of load plus compensation for any delays, detention, etc.
- hiring/ loyalty bonuses ( $1,000 - $ 4,000) for the right owner operators
- a $0.03 salary increase after 9 months of employment
- 1099 compensation
- complete insurance coverage, including liability, cargo, and physical for your truck and/or trailer
- after 1 year of employment , assistance with healthcare costs ($1,500.00 toward insurance costs)

Our drivers, typically see anywhere from $ 5,000-6,000 a week. Looking for an experienced owner operators with well maintained equipment and good driving record. Own reefer trailer strongly preferred, however rental is available.
