LOOKING FOR OTR GA BASED CDL A DRIVER - FLATBED - DOUBLE CAB - NO TEAMS

Working Warrens Trucking LLC, a small company based in Georgia, is looking to hire OTR CDL A Driver for a 53ft flatbed. Equipment is a well maintained 2020 Freightliner with double sleeper. No teams so will have ample space. Equipped with microwave and fridge. Also equipped with PrePass Plus that allows you to bypass 85% weigh stations for better drive-time.

Where:
95% of all loads are in the lower Southeast region. 5% in lower Midwest region. We do not run in West or Northeast regions. Never go west of TX or north of NC.

Must haves:
1. CDL A license for at least 2 years
2. Clean drug history/Clearinghouse Query
3. No traffic violations, tickets or accidents within last 3 years

Prefer someone with experience securing loads to flatbed but willing to train the right candidate.
No tarping. Most loads are strap and go. Some loads may require chains and/or binders.

Compensation:
1. Starting pay is 22%-25% per booked load with FULL transparency. All signed ratecons are added to a drive that is shared with Driver. W2 pay every Friday.
2. Level 1 inspection bonus (awarded for every level 1 inspection passed)
3. Safe driving bonus (awarded every 6 months that's accident/ticket free)
4. Annual loyalty bonus
5. Birthday bonus

Driver chooses run time (home every weekend or 1 full week off each month).
