We also are fine with operators outside of the Indy region, it is similar to being in Chicago as far as home time goes.

Hey guys, thanks for the interest, to answer your questions...

@Splitfinish: I'm glad you are getting your foot in the door and wracking up the experience, that will help a ton during your application processes. Unfortunately we require one year of recent verifiable over the road/regional tractor trailer experience. I would suggest you stick with your current company until the one year mark (that looks amazing!) and then go ahead and give me a call. At that point we can go ahead and begin the application process.

@Fuffster: I admire your apparent love of the road but regional in the midwest might be a little much even with it! We run in a purely 300~ mile region with absolutely no opportunity to make it all the way out west. We do have a local office in LA doing moves in the city but that is only open to Owner Operators at the moment. If it is something that interests you feel free to give me or my team a call and we can start the process.

@Derbycitylegend: Hey Derby, we do indeed offer lease-purchase but I like to be as realistic as possible with it. We operate 2013/2014 Peterbilts, these trucks are nice, top of the line, all the bells and whistles power units. They have APUs, fridges, power inverters and fantastic warranties. Because of this they are also expensive, payments can be high and our operators who do it usually end up making a few hundred more a week than our company operators, the trick is that once you pay the truck off the profit is just rolling in as you will own a very new, very well maintained tractor.

Some of my operators do it, succeed and love it. Others go from company operator to lease purchase, just do not like the change and switch back, it goes both ways. We require all operators to be company for at least 2-3 months in order for both parties to get a feel for each other (you need to like the company if you are going to sign on for a long term deal like a lease purchase) so these are things we would talk to you about and give you plenty of information on ahead of time.

We are still looking for top quality company operators and owner operators in the Louisville, Indy, Chicago, Toledo and Cincinnati areas. We are also now looking in the Detroit region as our freight is expanding in that lane a bit. Please feel free to call me or my team at any point in time to talk about the openings. 513-769-4774.

The positions are being filled but we are still looking for just a few more company applicants at this time. We would prefer the Louisville region but are still open for Chicago, Cincinnati, Toledo and Indy. We always welcome more Owner Operators and have quite a competitive pay package along with nearly unlimited miles and very consistent freight.

Just give myself or my team a call at any time at 513-769-4774.

Trans-Continental Systems is happy to announce an addition to our pay package. Now available to Owner Operators and Company Operators, TCS will add an additional $50.00 a week onto an operators settlement when they operate for a total of five days per week. The goal for this bonus was real simple, TCS wanted to provide operators a way to get themselves some sort of third party health insurance. After looking over available plans we kept running into issues were the plan would either be affordable for families and cost to much for individuals or be reasonable for individuals and far to expensive for families. We finally decided it would be best to provide the operators with the money they might have otherwise spent on the company premium and let them find a plan that would fit their individual circumstances.

Just one more way that TCS can take care of our own. Feel free to give us a call if you have some free time this week, worst is you don't like us ^^. 513-769-4774.

TCS is happy to announce the addition of some brand new 2015 Frieghtliner Coronado Glider kits to the fleet. We've heard great things about these mods and wanted to give it a go for ourselves, so far a very positive response from all of the operators testing them out. Just one more way TCS is committed to obtaining the best equipment for our operators and how we lean on their feedback.

We are happy to announce the completion of our 3rd annual Safety Meeting in Louisville, KY! On August 2nd Over 50 operators in the TCS fleet and the majority of our safety and operations department were able to gather at a conference center in Louisville for a full day of face to face meetings concerning new regulations, company policies, reward recognition and talks from our insurance and rail representatives.

We look forward to this meeting every year as a way for the company to maintain stronger relations than you would get by just talking on the phone. It is also a great time for the company to show appreciation for the operators who definitely go above and beyond in their performance on the job. Awards were given out to operators who topped our safety chart, productivity chart, referral chart and for years of service. Sadly the gentleman with 10 could not make it but we did have 2 of our 7 year operators with us!

TCS is a company committed to operator relations and, above all, being a company that is able to provide for all of its employees and contractors. Give us a call any time so we can share more about what we do, how we operate and what we have to offer your specific circumstances.
