@RERM: Glad to hear it! Get yourself a list of hard questions to throw at me, that way you can get any concerns you might have out of the way. TCS is honestly a pretty great company which I personally enjoy working for. Our list of operators who have been with us for 5+ years speaks for itself, we go to some lengths to have lanes and freight which gives everyone a good living without asking them to work 8 days a week.

Like home time? So do we. Here at TCS we realize that making money is all good and fine but being home to sleep in the bed you are paying for has a value all on its own. We have been blessed enough to obtain great lanes back and forth to Chicago which allows our operators in Louisville, Toledo, Chicago and Indianapolis to make it home a lot more than you typically see in the industry. Cincinnati has slightly less home time at the moment but it will only go up and our "less" is still more than most!

 

TCS is still looking for a few qualified operators to fill some company units. We are also lucky enough to be in a situation where if you are one of those great guys we need we'll make sure there is a unit for you. Either way, reliable operators are worth their weight in gold, give us a call if you have an opportunity.

 

We are pretty "pumped" to help our owner operators save at the "pu....wait...no need for quotations, we help you save at the pump! TCS has a fuel discount program saving our contractors $0.20 per gallon and waived service fees at Pilot/Flying J. On top of this we also have $0.15 off per gallon at loves. Just one more way we can help our fleet out.

 

The whole office here at TCS hopes everyone had a great Labor Day weekend! I am sure quite a few of you were out there still moving what needed moving, we had a few people in the office ourselves, holidays don't mean the freight stops! As an update we have filled most of the open positions in our company division but that does not mean we are closed to any more applicants, it just means you need to be awesome! If you are an operator in the Midwest region around one of our 5 major cities and are interested in what we have to offer just give us a call, we are blessed with the option to obtain more trucks if qualified operators are interested.

We are still more than happy to sign on any Owner Operators who are looking for a very consistent lane along with home near every single night (same still goes for company). We don't really have any gimics, our lanes are good, our package is good and our freight is high in volume. Just wanted to keep everyone informed on the happenings over at TCS. We are in the process of filling the last of our company trucks with some great candidates, I want to thank everyone who applied but I do want to make sure it is known that we only operate Midwest regional and locally in Los Angeles, we had a few applicants from the east coast which were funny conversations!

As things stand we are still able to fit more operators into our current lanes as they are meaning if any very qualified company applicants give us a call we take very serious consideration even if it means expanding the fleet a bit more. Owner Operators are of course always welcome to give us a call to discuss the specifics about our lanes, freight, home time and package.

A few more units have been added to the fleet which once again opens us up to accepting applications around the Louisville, Indianapolis, Chicago, Toledo and Cincinnati areas.
