    Im starting Schneider next week just did drug screen today. Just looking for some feed back to see if I made a good decision going with them. I am a recent grad. Do y'all like it their? Miles and pay good? Also im looking to do the regional route. Is that a good choice or should I do OTR? I will be going to the West Memphis terminal in Ar.

    My opinion, Schneider is among the best starter companies. Very organized, safety aware-lots of options. Regional drivers are usually home a little more often. Those who choose all 48 may get more miles. Team drivers make more, but thats for another thread.

    Schneider will be what you make it, period. You can get miles if you know how to run and how to work the qualcom correctly. They have their problems like any big company does.

    I am regional(went regional after a year of OTR). I work mon-fri with weekends off....and I usually get home at least 2 nights a week. I make more regional than I did OTR.
